He explains that by creating a “Message Map”, which is a visual representation of your brand or product, you can define the most important aspects of your message and fine tune it to a well formed 15-second “elevator” pitch.

- Create a Twitter-friendly headline.
- Support the headline with three key benefits.
- Reinforce the three benefits with stories, statistics, and examples.
